Front door hinge - removal
Front door hinge - removal
   
–  Remove the multi-contact connector located below the rubber bellows -2- on the A-pillar.
  Note
The location of the hinges should be marked with an indelible marker to facilitate reinstallation of the door.

–  Unscrew bolts -9- and -10- of the lower hinge.
–  Unscrew bolts -5- of upper hinge and remove door.
  Note
In order to protect the door, insert a suitable material between the door and the supporting surfaces.
–  Unscrew the screws -2- and -8-.
–  Removing the dash panel → Removing and fitting the dash panel; Rep. gr.70.
–  Removing the cross member of the dash panel → Removing and fitting the cross member; Rep. gr.70.
–  Unscrew bolts -12- and remove upper door hinge -3-.
–  Remove bottom A-pillar panelling → Remove and install bottom A-pillar panelling; Rep. gr.70
–  Unscrew bolts -11- and remove lower door hinge -7-.
