Front bumper: removing
Front bumper: removing
–  Open bonnet at front and hold in open position.
   
–  Unscrew mounting nuts -1-.
–  Loosen the screws -3-, do not turn completely.

–  To facilitate work, remove the entire front noise insulation.
–  For this purpose, release bolts/quick-release fasteners -1- and -2-. The rear soundproofing with quick release fasteners -3- is not removed.
–  Remove front left and right wheels.

–  Release left and right wheel housing liners in front area -arrows-.

–  Fold back wheel housing liner -arrow A-.
–  Unscrew bolts -2- and nuts -1- on both sides.
–  Unclip side section of bumper from retainer -arrow B-.
–  Repeat procedure on other side of vehicle.
–  Pull bumper forwards slightly.

–  If fitted, disconnect hose -1- to headlight washer system and collect washer fluid in a clean container for re-use.
–  Unplug connector(s) -2- to bumper.
  Note
When resting on any of the parts, put appropriate protective material between the surface and the bumper cover to protect the front bumper cover.
