Installing > < Front bumper panelling; Ibiza 2002 - remove and install

Disassembly
Disassembly
–  Open engine compartment flap.
   
–  Unscrew four torx bolts -arrows 1-.
–  Remove rubber stops -arrows 2-.
  E63-0039
–  Unscrew torx bolts -arrows- for mounting bumper panelling to wheelhouse shell.
–  Then unscrew torx bolts from lower section of bumper.
–  Undo the Phillips screws → Item
–  Remove cover on right and left fog lamp → Item with lever -U 30800-.
–  Unscrew the bolts → Item.
Vehicles with foglamps
–  Remove fog lamps → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.94
All vehicles (continued)
–  Remove bumper panelling by disengaging corners and pulling toward front.
–  Disconnect hose for headlamp cleaning system on T-distributor and plug.
  Note
Supporting on any of the parts, put an appropriate material between front bumper trim and supporting surface to protect the bumper trim.
