Removing
  Note
t  The inner section of the window well seal is made of metal. If it is bent, the seal can no longer be straightened. It remains „corrugated“.
t  Therefore, the window seal must be removed evenly without being bent.
–  Remove window frame → Chapter.

–  Remove the exterior window seal -1-, starting with the end -arrow A-.
–  Insert the wedge -T10039/1- between the exterior window well seal and the door and release the window well seal in the direction of the -arrow-.

Installing
  Note
t  The inner section of the window well seal is made of metal. If it is bent, the seal can no longer be straightened. It remains „corrugated“.
t  Therefore, the window well seal must be inserted evenly without being bent.
–  Install the exterior window seal -1-, starting with the end -arrow A-.
–  Engage the exterior window seal -1- in the door flange and using the wedge -T10039/1-, press on evenly across the entire surface of the exterior window well seal.
–  Take care that they are fitted to the flange correctly.
–  Adjust the exterior window well seal -1- to the dimension a = 0.5 mm.
–  Install the window frame and window riser unit → Chapter.
–  Continue installation in opposite order as removal
