Zero position can be checked with sunroof panel fitted.
–  Side trim panels are removed.
–  Retract sunroof panel and close again.
–  On vehicles with glass panel, push back sliding headliner as far as it will go.
–  On vehicles with solar panel, retract sun roof panel.
   
–  Pull down sliding headliner slightly in direction of arrow and slide in headliner to rear.
–  Close sunroof.

–  If zero position is correct, guide pin -1- in tilt mechanism must be centrally aligned with marking -arrow- on guide plate -2-.
–  On vehicles with solar panel, slide headliner forwards with panel closed until headliner engages.

–  At the same time, actuator -2- must slide into guide -1- at rear of sliding headliner.
–  Headliner is tilted as well when sun roof is in tilted position.
