| – | Remove the upper cover -1- from the lining of strut B using the lever -U 30800-. |
| – | Loosen the screw -2- for holding the upper B-pillar trim -3-. |
| – | Loosen upper B-pillar trim -3- together with sliding housing -4- using lever -U 30800-. |
| – | Loosen the bolt -8- and detach the support fitting -7-, from the vertical adjustment mechanism of the belt -5-. |
| – | Loosen bolt -6-,and detach the vertical adjustment mechanism of the belt -5- from the support plate casing. |
