  Note
t  Testing, assembly and repair work should only be carried out by specialised personnel

  WARNING
t  The tensioning modules which show signs of mechanical damage (dents, cracks, fissures, etc) must always be replaced
t  Before working on the electrical system disconnect the battery earth strap.
t  Before carrying out work to separate, straighten or remove dents from the bodywork the belt pretensioner units should be removed.
t  Tensioner units which have been subjected to heavy blows or which have fallen to the ground must not be refitted in the vehicle.
t  Never check with examination torch or voltmeter.
  DANGER!
t  The components of the seat belt tensioner can not be opened or repaired; as a general rule, only use new parts (danger of injury)
t  Immediately assemble the tensioning modules in the vehicle after extracting them from their transport box. If work is suspended, store the modules away again.
t  The pre-tension unit should not be lubricated with grease or treated with cleaning products nor should it be exposed to temperatures above 100ºC for any length of time, however short.
t  The use of a pneumatic screwdriver is not permitted for the removal of belt tensioners.
