Static test checking of inertia reel.
The locking function is activated when the belt is pulled very brusquely from the inertia reel.
–  Pull belt webbing sharply out of inertia reel
t  If it does not lock, replace the complete seat belt with buckle
t  If there are faults on removal or return of the belt, then check whether the position of the inertia reel device has been modified
