WARNING
Note| Before working with the airbag system, always read the safety precautions → Chapter. |
| – | Turn off the ignition and all electricity consumers. |
| – | With the ignition switched off, disconnect the earth lead from the battery → Starter motor, voltage supply; Rep. gr.27. |
| – | Remove the rear seats → Chapter, → Chapter. |
| – | Remove the rear tray. |
| – | Remove the bracket from the rear tray → Chapter. |
| – | Remove the upper lining of strut C → Chapter. |
| – | Remove the plugs -1-. |
| – | Unscrew the bolt -2-. |
| – | Remove the airbag emblem and unscrew the screw -4-. |
| – | Remove the thrust piece -5-. |
| – | Remove the trim of the piping of the door seal. |
| – | Release the trim -3- from the fixing clamps using the lever -T20043- and remove from the trim. |
| – | Disconnect connector -6-. |
| – | Remove the trim completely. |
Note| Insert a protective device between the surface where the trim should be lent against and its contact surface to prevent the possibility of dirt entering. |
