–  Prise out interior light -1-, clock -2- and disconnect connections.
  N60-0009
–  Unscrew cross-head bolts -1-. Lower cover -2- and pull off from body flange in -direction of arrow-.
–  Pull off beading -3- from moulded headliner aperture (to aid assembly, replacement beading is supplied with cord in clamping channel).

–  Remove moulded headliner → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Unscrew electric drive.
–  Remove glass panel of sliding/tilting sunroof to ease removal: → Chapter and → Chapter.
–  Unscrew hexagon screws and with the help of a second mechanic, remove assembly unit from vehicle.
  Note
The assembly unit can also be completely disassembled.
