–  If renewing noise insulation film, remove remaining adhesive on door -2-. To do this, start by pulling off a small part of the adhesive residue and form a ball. With this ball -1-, peel off remaining residue from door. (Strength of adhesive itself is greater than bond with door.)

–  Using cartridge gun -V.A.G 1628-, apply adhesive sealant -D 469 101 A3- (adhesive bead Ø approx. 5 mm) to circumference of insulation film -1- (shaded area).
–  Insert electrical wiring connections for door inner parts (window regulator, loudspeaker and mirror adjustment) and operating rods through film.
–  Align insulation film at openings for installation of securing clips and apply pressure to fit.

–  Apply pressure to adhesive part of insulation film -1- (shaded area) around circumference using roller -3356-.
–  Particularly in lower area, check that insulation film is firmly adhered to door.
