Warning!
The air conditioning system refrigerant circuit must not be opened.

Notes:

  • ◆ The opening of the refrigerant circuit can only be carried out in workshops, which have trained personnel and the necessary range of tools and workshop equipment.
  • ◆ To prevent damage to condenser as well as the refrigerant pipes and hoses, ensure that the pipes and hoses are not stretched, kinked or bent.
  • ◆ When installing refrigerant pipes and hoses, ensure that pipes and hoses are routed so that they cannot be damaged or get caught in rotating parts.

To facilitate removing and installing the engine without opening the refrigerant circuit:

  • ‒ Remove retaining clamp(s) from refrigerant pipes.
  • ‒ Removing air conditioner compressor:

=> Heating, Air conditioning; Repair group 87; removing and installing compressor bracket

  • ‒ Secure air conditioner compressor to body so that the refrigerant hoses/pipes are relieved.
