t  There is a switch fitted in the Heating control unit -J65-. The switch is activated (closed) by means of the rotating control for temperature preselection -A- in the range from the position of approx. 3 hours to maximum “heat”.

–  If the additional heat switch is closed, the electronics in the Heating control unit -J65-, with the ignition turned on, switches through contact “7” earth to the Additional air heating control unit (00483) -J604-. The Additional air heating control unit (00483) -J604- detects that additional heating potential is required and activates the electric additional heater, if in addition the other conditions for activation in the Additional air heating control unit (00483) -J604- are complied with.
