Heater unit > < Removing and installing air distribution flap actuator

Air inlet opening with fresh air / air recirculation flap: removing and fitting
Air inlet opening with fresh air / air recirculation flap: removing and fitting
Removal:
–  Remove the entire instrument panel and the crossbeam for the instrument panel → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. gr.70.
–  Remove heater unit → Chapter.
   
–  Remove bolts -A-.
–  Remove cover -B-.

–  Unplug connector -C-.
–  Detach intake duct -D- from heater.
Installation
Re-install all parts removed in reverse order; note the following:
–  When attaching intake duct, make sure attachment points -E- and -F- are correctly positioned.
–  Route wiring harness so that it cannot come into contact with moving components (e.g. control motor lever).
