Fitting
–  Fit the servomotor in the bracket
–  Place the servomotor support in the fixing -E-.
–  Place the lever -A- in the guiding groove -B- and the lever -C- in the guiding groove -D- of the servomotor.

–  Secure the support with the insert -B- in the air distribution housing.
–  After fitting the servomotor, check that the levers are correctly positioned in the guiding grooves of the servomotor.
  Note
t  You can test the funcioning of the servomotor as follows:
t  Connect the contacts “4” and “6” in the servomotor connector to voltage supply of 12V. The servomotor moves to its limit in one direction. Changing the positive and negative poles inverts the rotation direction. Use an adapter cable for this purpose.
In reverse order, refit all of the parts you removed, taking particular note of the following:
–  Lay the wiring harness so that it cannot come into contact with moving components (e.g. servomotor levers).
–  Consult the fault memory, erase it and perform the basic configuration; → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051
