Removing the quick connector
Removing the quick connector
–  Remove the right headlight and sound insulation.
   
–  Remove the refrigerant pipes from the support.

–  Remove the dust guard -1 from the coupling -2- so you can assemble the unblocking tool.
  Note
t  The insulating pipe of the low pressure piping should be at a distance -a- of at least 20 mm from the coupling. If it is not, you will not be able to asemble the unblocking tool.
t  If necessary, after removing the dust guard cover, carefully make an axial cut in the insulating pipe and fold it forwards.

–  Mount the unblocking tool -2- on the refrigerant pipe -1- and the coupling housing -3-, so that the recesses in the unlocking tool -arrow A- coincide with the recesses in the coupling-arrow B-.

–  Insert the unblocking tool -1- overcoming the resistance until it goes all the way into the coupling housing -2- in the direction of the arrow.

–  Apply presure to the unblocking tool -2- against the limit with the refrigerant pipe -1-.
–  Remove the refrigerant pipe -1- together with the unblocking tool -2- from the coupling housing in the direction of the arrow.
–  Open the unblocking tool -2- and remove it.
