–  Drain the refrigerant circuit.
–  Remove refrigerant pipes from the expansion valve → Fig..
–  Unscrew the bolts -4-, torque: 5 Nm-
–  Replace the expansion valve -3-.
  Note
t  Close the open connection in the evaporator.
t  Replace the O-rings -2- (11.10 mm; 1.78 mm) and -5- (17.17 mm; 1.78 mm), moisten with refrigerant oil and place them in the refrigerant pipes of the evaporator.
t  The expansion valve must be correctly placed on the heat-proof insulation -1-.
