Bowden cable for temperature adjustment: Removing and installing
   
–  Fit the rotating control for temperature selection -A- in the position „cold limit“.
–  Replace the Heating control unit -J65- → Chapter.
–  Remove the instrument panel and the crossbeam for the instrument panel (centre tube) → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. gr.70.
  Note
So as not to damage instrument panel outside lining, the control panel is only to be placed on a clean workbench covered, for example, with clean cardboard.

–  Release the insert -D- for the Bowden cable sheath -E- and remove the Bowden cable sheath from the allotment on the heating controls carrier plate.
–  Release the ball on the Bowden cable -F- from the operation lever -G-.

–  Release the counter support -A- for the Bowden cable sheath -E- and remove the Bowden cable sheath from the heating guide -C-.
–  Release the ball on the Bowden cable -F- from the temperature flap operation lever.
