Drive sprocket: adjusting

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Torque spanners -SAT 8010-

t	Bracket -T20026-

–	Fit the securing bolt without plate spring and without shim.

–	Connect the parking lock.

–	Use the torque spanner -SAT 8010- and tool -U-30031- engaged in a 22 mm e/c socket spanner.

Tightening torque: 100 Nm

–	Fit tool -T20026- on the gearbox casing with a dial gauge. Locate the end of the dial gauge on the roller bearing inner ring.

–	Adjust the dial gauge to “0” with a pre-tension of 3 mm.

–	Measure the distance between the drive sprocket and the roller bearing inner ring.

–	Take note of the measurement obtained on the dial gauge (e.g. 1.0 mm).
