1 - 90 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
q   Renew
q   Counter-hold with -T20018- to loosen and tighten
q   Threads and shoulder must be free of oil and grease
q   The quarter turn further can be done in several stages
2 - 40 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
q   Renew
3 - 15 Nm
4 - 22 Nm
5 - Toothed belt guard - lower part
6 - 10 Nm
7 - Toothed belt guard - centre part
8 - Upper guard for toothed belt
9 - Toothed belt
q   Mark D.O.R. before removing
q   Check for wear
q   Do not kink
q   Removing, installing and tensioning → Chapter
10 - Idler wheel
11 - 20 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
q   Renewing
12 - 20 Nm
13 - 20 Nm
14 - 40 Nm
15 - Camshaft sprocket
q   Drive off camshaft taper using ham-mer and drift through toothed belt guard openings
16 - Tensioning roller
q   Checking semi-automatic toothed belt tensioning roller → Chapter
17 - Idler wheel
18 - Injection pump sprocket
q   Two part
19 - 30 Nm
20 - Rear toothed belt guard
21 - Coolant pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
22 - Idler wheel
q   Remove to remove coolant pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter; Removing and installing coolant pump
23 - Crankshaft toothed belt sprocket
24 - Bush
25 - Injection pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
26 - Complete support
q   For injection pump, alternator and vane pump for power assisted steering
q   For vehicles without air conditioner
q   Removing and installing compact bracket on vehicles with air conditioner → Heater, air conditioner; Rep. Gr.87
