Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Engine and gearbox support member -U-30025B-
t  Bushings -U-40501-
t  Pressure bolt and expansion nut -T20090-
t  Torque wrench -SAT 8010-

Sequence of operations
–  Place the support crossbeam -U-30025B-, fix the ring to the left of the cylinder head and slightly pretension the engine.
–  Remove the fixture from the engine unit front support.
–  Separate the unit holder crossbeam from the vehicle.
   
–  Lever off the washers from the spacer bushings (replace all damaged and/or bent washers).
–  Pull off the spacer bushings and separate the rubber bearings.
–  Fit new rubber bearings and insert the spacer bushings.
–  Lightly sand the edges of the spacer bushings until the washers can be fitted.

–  Place the rubber bearing (impregnated with soapy water) on bushing -U-40501-, set the tools on the unit holder as shown in the figure (bear in mind that the conical part of the expansion nut -T20090- must not be in contact with the bushing). Work on the nut -T20090- until the rubber bearing is in place.

–  Fit the washers -1- and fit the nut -T20090- (with the conical part facing the washer); work on the nut until the edge of the spacer bushings is expanded.
