| Disconnect the flexible coolant pipe from the connection sleeve -2-. |
| –
| Unscrew the fixing bolts -1- from the connection sleeve -2- and remove the connection sleeve -2- with the coolant thermostat -4-. |
| –
| Turn the coolant thermostat -4- 1/4 turn (90°) to the left and remove it from the connection sleeve -2-. |
| Fit in reverse order to removal, observing the following: |

| Dampen the new o ring -3- with coolant. |
| –
| Fit the coolant thermostat -4- in the connection sleeve -2- and turn 1/4 turn (90°) to the right. |
Note! | The stays of the thermostat must be almost vertical. |
| –
| House the connection sleeve -2- with the coolant thermostat -4- in the engine block. |
