  Note!
t  When the engine is warm the cooling system is under pressure. If necessary release pressure before commencing repair work.
t  Hoses are secured with spring-type clips. In cases of repair only use spring-type clips.
t  -T20029- pliers are recommended when installing spring-type clips.
t  The flexible pipes for the coolant must be installed without any stress when performing the assembly and without making any contact with other components (follow the level mark on the connection for the coolant and on the flexible pipe).
Carry out the check for the sealing in the cooling system with the -V.A.G 1274- check device or the -SAT 1274- and the -V.A.G 1274/3- adapter.
