Installing > < Replacing camshaft oil seal

Removing
Removing
–  Remove ribbed belt → Chapter.
–  Remove toothed belt → Chapter.
–  Turn crankshaft back slightly.
–  Remove camshaft sprocket. Hold camshaft sprocket with counter-hold with -T20018A- when loosening the sprocket bolt.
–  Remove rear toothed belt guard together with coolant pump → Chapter.
   
–  Lubricate the threaded head of the retainer extraction device -T20031B-, put it into place and whilst pressing down strongly, thread it as far inside the retainer as possible.
–  Turn inner part of extractor against camshaft until oil seal has been extracted.
–  Place the extractor tool onto the bench bolt and extract the oil seal with pliers.
