Installing > < Removing and installing radiator

Removing
Removing
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Removing front bumper: → General Body Repairs; Rep. Gr.63
–  Pull coolant hoses off radiator.
–  Pull connectors off thermo-switch and radiator fan.
–  Remove headlight: → Electrical System; Rep. Gr.94
–  Remove lock carrier as follows:
–  Remove securing bolts. → General Body Repairs; Rep. Gr.50
   
–  Move lock carrier forwards slightly and screw the upper securing bolt -arrow- in the second threaded hole.
–  Remove radiator securing bolts and take out radiator to the front.
