Removing and installing parts of the ignition system
1 - Connector
q   Black, 4-pin
2 - Ignition coil with output stage -N70-, -N127-, -N292- and -N292-
q   Tighten securing screws to 10 Nm
q   Spark plug connector can be pulled off
3 - Spark plug, 30 Nm
q   Remove and install with -T20028-
q   Type and electrode gap → Chapter, test data, spark plugs
4 - 3-pin connector
q   Contacts gold plated
q   Brown for knock sensor 1 -G61-
q   Black for knock sensor 2 -G66-
5 - 20 Nm
q   Tightening torque influences the function of the knock sensor
6 - Knock sensor 1 -G61-
q   Sensor and connector contacts are gold-plated
7 - Knock sensor 2 -G66-
q   Sensor and connector contacts are gold-plated
8 - Connector
q   Black, 3-pin
9 - 10 Nm
10 - Hall sender -G163-
11 - 25 Nm
12 - Washer
q   Conical
13 - Hood
q   For Hall sender -G163-
q   When installing note fixing arrangement
14 - Earth wire
q   Only loosen or tighten with ignition switched off
15 - 10 Nm
q   Only loosen or tighten with ignition switched off
