q | Do not mix up used bearing shells (mark them) |

q | Axial clearance, new: 0,07…0,18 mm |
Wear limit: 0,20 mm |
q | Check radial clearance with Plastigage |
New: 0,03…0,08 mm |
Wear limit: 0,17 mm |
Do not rotate the crankshaft when checking the radial clearance |
q | Crankshaft dimensions → Chapter |
7 - | 10 Nm |
q | 8 Nm in vehicles with Duocentric oil pump |
8 - | 60 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) |
q | Renew |
9 - | Flywheel |
q | Fit with tool -T20075A- to install and remove |
10 - | Sealing flange with O-ring |
q | Always renew the assembly |
q | Replacement sealing flange: do not add additional lubrication to the sealing lip |
q | The replacement sealing flange comes without a joint and should be installed with an additional joint |
q | Using the sleeve that has been included, place the replacement sealing flange |
