Motronic control unit -J220-* with connectors → Item.
1 - Connector
q   Black, 4 pin
q   For ignition transformer -N152-
2 - Ignition transformer -N152-*
q   Fitting location → Chapter, engine compartment overview
q   Checking → Chapter
q   With marking for ignition cables: A = Cylinder 1 B = Cylinder 3 C = Cylinder 2 D = Cylinder 4
3 - 10 Nm
4 - Connector
q   Black, 2-pin
q   For knock sensor 1 -G61-
q   Sensor and connector contacts are goldplated
5 - Knock sensor 1 -G61-*
q   Fitting location → Chapter, engine compartment overview
q   Checking → Chapter
q   Sensor and connector contacts are goldplated
6 - 20 Nm
q   Tightening torque influences the function of the knock sensor
7 - Connector
q   Black, 3-pin
q   Hall sender -G40-
8 - Hall sender -G40-*
q   Fitting location → Chapter, engine compartment overview
q   Checking → Chapter
9 - O ring
q   Renew if damaged
10 - Spark plug, 30 Nm
q   Remove and install with spark plug spanner -3122B-
q   Type and electrode gap → Chapter, test data, spark plugs
11 - Bracket
q   For ignition transformer -N152-
12 - H.T. cable
q   With suppression connector and spark plug connector
q   Resistance 4.8...7.2 kΩ
