Removing
Removing
–  Remove camshafts → Chapter.
–  Remove tappets and place them face down on oil running surface of camshafts, taking care not to mix them up.
–  Remove spark plugs with spark plug spanner -T20175-.
–  Set piston of the respective cylinder to “bottom dead centre”.
–  Screw measuring tool -T20033- into the spark plug thread.
   
–  Fix pressure tool -T20034D-into cylinder head.
–  Connect pressure hose to a compressed air system of at least 6 bar of compressed air and remove valve springs.
–  Pull off valve stem seals with extractor -T20058A-.
