Crankshaft oil seal and engine flywheel/traction disk: removing and fitting.

  Note
For repairs to the clutch: → 02R 5-speed manual gearbox; Rep. Group 30; Clutch: repair.
   
1 - 90 Nm +1/4 turn further (90°)
q   Replace
q   Use counterhold -T20018B- to loosen and tighten
q   Thread and collar must be free of oil and grease.
2 - Crankshaft sprocket
3 - 15 Nm
4 - Oil seal
q   Replace → Chapter
5 - Sealing flange
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Mount with sealant → Parts catalogue
6 - Cylinder block
q   Crankshaft: removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Piston and piston rod: dismantling and assembling → Chapter
7 - 60 Nm + 1/4 vuelta (90°)
q   Replace
q   Use counterhold -T20018B- to loosen and tighten
8 - Flywheel
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
9 - Intermediate plate
q   Must be housed in the dowel sleeves for centring
q   Do not bend or damage during installation work
q   Installation position → Fig.
10 - Sealing flange with sealing ring
q   Always replace assembly
q   Do not use oil
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Fit a new sealing flange with a guide sleeve (do not remove the guide sleeve from the sealing ring before installing it)

   
Intermediate plate installation position
–  Place the intermediate plate on the sealing flange, in the dowel sleeves for centring -arrows-.
