1 - Engine support
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
2 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Tightening torque and sequence → Fig.
3 - Engine cross member
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
4 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   20 Nm + turn 90° further
5 - Support arm
6 - Nut
q   Do not loosen unless renewing engine mounting: -Pos. 3-
q   Replace
q   40 Nm + turn 90° further
7 - Stud
q   Replace
q   30 Nm + turn 90° further
8 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   30 Nm + turn 90° further
9 - Pendulum support
10 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Pendulum support to sub-frame
q   40 Nm + 90°
11 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Pendulum support to gearbox
q   30 Nm + 90°
  Note
Position the bolts in the long holes of the pendulum support arm so that the gearbox and the subframe are separated from each other as much as possible.
12 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Gearbox mounting to body
q   40 Nm + 90°
13 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Gearbox mounting to body
q   40 Nm + 90°
14 - Gearbox console
15 - Final drive support
16 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Gearbox support on gearbox.
q   40 Nm + 90°
17 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Gearbox support on gearbox.
q   40 Nm + 90°

   
Engine support - Tightening torque and sequence
  Note
Renew the bolts tightened with specified tightening angle.
  Caution
Danger of motor support breaking due to application of excessive torque.
Always comply with prescribed torque and tightening sequence .
–  Tighten bolts in 3 stages in the sequence shown:
  N13-10321
stage:BoltsTightening torque/angle specification
1.-1 … 3-7 Nm
2.-1 … 3-40 Nm
3.-1 … 3-turn 180° further
