  WARNING
No oil must be applied to the rubber seals at Item 8 and Item 11. Otherwise the seals for the coolant will swell.
   
1 - Cap, 25 Nm
2 - O ring
q   Replace
3 - O ring
q   Replace
4 - O ring
q   Replace
5 - Oil filter element
q   See note → Chapter
q   Observe change intervals.
6 - Oil cooler
q   See note → Chapter
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   If renewed, change coolant in entire system
q   Check oil cooler for leaks
7 - 11 Nm
8 - Rubber seals
q   Replace
q   Fit into lugs on oil filter bracket.
9 - Bolt.
q   Replace
q   Specified torques and installation sequence → Fig..
10 - Oil filter bracket
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Oil filter holder: Tightening torque and tightening sequence → Fig.
q   Ensure clearance to adjacent components
11 - Rubber seals
q   Replace
q   Fit into lugs on oil filter bracket.

t  To change oil filter
   
t  Unclip vacuum hoses -arrows- and lay to side.

Oil filter bracket - specified torques and installation sequence
  Note
Replace the bolts of the oil filter holder.
–  Fit bolts at top left and bottom right first.
–  Tighten bolts in 2 stages:
  A17-10549
stage:BoltsTightening torque / turning further angle
1.-Arrows -diagonally, 14 Nm
2.-Arrows -Turn 180° further using diagonal sequence

   
Oil pressure switch -F1-
t  With shaft seal
t  Replace sealing ring
t  Opening/closing pressure 0.3 ... 0.6 bar
t  removing and fitting → Chapter
t  check → Chapter
t  22 Nm
