1 - Rubber bush
2 - Upper coolant hose
q   Check for secure seating.
q   Coolant hose schematic diagram:
q   Engine code ANU → Chapter
q   Engine codes AUY, BVK → Chapter
3 - Radiator
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   If renewed, change coolant in entire system.
4 - Rubber bush
5 - 10 Nm
6 - Thermo-switch -F18-, 35 Nm
q   For electric fan
q   Switching temperatures: Stage 1 on: 92...97° C off: 84...91° C Stage 2 on: 99...105° off: 91...98° C.
7 - Connector
q   Black, 3-pin
q   For radiator fan thermal switch
8 - Reinforcement strut
9 - Connector
q   For continued coolant circulation pump -V50-.
q   Black, 2-pin
10 - Connector
q   For right radiator fan -V35-
q   Black, 2-pin
11 - Coolant circulation pump -V50-
q   For vehicles 06.00 ► fitted on plenum chamber
q   Black 2-pin connector
12 - Securing clip
q   Check for secure seating.
13 - Securing clip
q   For continued coolant circulation pump -V50-.
14 - 10 Nm
15 - Fan ring
16 - Right radiator fan -V35-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
17 - Radiator fan -V7-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
18 - Connector
q   For radiator fan -V7-.
q   Black, 2-pin
19 - Cowling
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
20 - Lower coolant hose
q   Check for secure seating.
