Removing and installing parts of cooling system
  WARNING
Hot vapour/hot coolant may escape when opening expansion tank. Cover cap with cloth and open carefully.
  Note
t  When the engine is hot the cooling system is under pressure. Release the pressure before carrying out repairs.
t  Always renew gaskets, seals and O-rings.
t  When installing coolant hoses, position them so they are free of tension and do not come into contact with other components.
t  Secure all screw joints with serial hose clips → Spare parts catalogue.
t  The arrow markings on the coolant pipes and on the ends of the hoses must be aligned with each other.
