Tensioner for poly-V belt: Removing and installing.

t  Removing → Anchor.

Removing .
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
   
–  Release hose clip -2-, lift retaining clip -1- slightly and remove air hose.

–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Free coolant hose -3-.
–  Release the hose clamp -2-.
–  Unplug connector -1- at charge air pressure sender -G31- and detach air pipe.

–  Undo the bolt -2- and remove the clamping element -1- of the Poly V-belt.
Installing .
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
Tightening torque of the Poly V-belt clamping element: 23 Nm
Bolt tightening torque of the air duct pipe = 9 Nm.
–  Install poly V-belt → Chapter.
