t  Removing → Anchor.
t  Installing → Anchor.
t  Specified torque → Anchor
Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Hose clamp -3067-, see equivalent → Anchor
Removing .
l  Gearbox removed.
  Note
To prevent damage to the dual-mass flywheel when removing, the bolts -B- must not be removed with an impact wrench or similar. The bolts -B- must be loosened by hand.

–  Rotate the flywheel -A- so that bolts -B- are aligned with the holes -arrows-.
–  When loosening the bolts -B-, ensure that the head is not trapped in the flywheel.

–  Insert the retention tool -3067- into the hole in the engine block.
–  Mark the position of the flywheel in relation to the engine.
–  Remove flywheel.
Installing .
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removing, when doing this note the following.
–  Use new bolts.

  A13-0570

Flywheel to crankshaft60 + 90° → Remark

1)  90º is equivalent to a quarter turn
