Removing

Uncouple the electrical connector
-2-
for the exhaust gas temperature sender 4 -G648- and free the electrical wiring.
Note
Ignore positions
-1, 3, 4 and 5-
.

Fit the centre noise insulation
-fasteners 1 ... 3-
.

Unscrew exhaust temperature sensor 4 -G648-
-1-
with flexible-head wrench SW 17 -T20212-.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Apply hot bolt paste to the thread of the temperature sender after the particle filter

Fit cable ties in the original positions when installing.
