t  Observe rules for cleanliness → Chapter.
t  Always replace the seals and the O-rings
   
1 - 20 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)
q   Replace.
2 - Rocker axle
q   With rockers
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
3 - Counter nut, 30 Nm
4 - Adjusting bolt
q   Replace.
5 - Spherical head pin
q   Replace.
6 - Injectors-pump:
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
7 - O-ring
q   Replacement → Chapter
8 - O-ring
q   Replacement → Chapter
9 - O-ring
q   Replacement → Chapter
10 - Heat proof joint
q   Replace.
11 - Securing ring
12 - Cylinder head
13 - Attachment plug
14 - 12 Nm +270° (3/4 turn)
q   Replace.
