Fitting
–  The installation of the fuel delivery unit is carried out in the reverse order.
  Note
t  On fitting the fuel delivery unit, check that the fuel level sender is not bent.
t  Coat flange O-ring with fuel when fitting.
t  Check that the fuel hoses sit firmly.
   
t  Note installation position of fuel delivery unit flange. Mark on flange must align with mark on fuel tank -arrows-.
t  After installing fuel delivery unit, check that the supply, return and breather pipes are still clipped onto fuel tank.
t  After replacing the fuel delivery unit, the system should be bled → Chapter.
