Coolant fan V7 and Coolant fan -2V177: removing and fitting
Coolant fan -V7- and Coolant fan -2 -V177-: removing and fitting
Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Torque wrench (5... 50 Nm) -V.A.G 1331-, see equivalent → Anchor
–  Remove the engine cover in the middle, release the fasteners -1- and -2- for this purpose.

Removal:
–  Remove radiator cowl → Chapter.
–  Pull out the plug -1-.
–  Disconnect the electrical connection -1-, and set the cables aside.
–  Unscrew nuts -arrows- and take radiators out.
Installing
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
Install in reverse order to dismantling, noting the following:
–  Install radiator cowl → Chapter.
