| When carrying out work on the fuel supply and injection system, the following cleanliness rules must be observed: |

| Thoroughly clean all joints and connections and the surrounding areas before dismantling. |

| Place removed parts on a clean surface and cover. Do not use rags that shed fibres! |
| t
| Carefully cover or seal open components if repairs cannot be completed immediately. |
| t
| Only fit clean parts: Only remove replacement parts from their packaging immediately prior to installation. Do not use parts that have been stored loose (e.g. in tool boxes etc.). |
| t
| When the system is open, do not work with compressed air. Do not move vehicle unless absolutely necessary. |
