Removing
WARNING
Hot vapour/hot coolant may escape when opening expansion tank. Cover cap with cloth and open carefully.

Open the cap of the coolant expansion tank.

Remove engine cover

Remove the central soundproofing pan
→ Bodywork, exterior fitting work; Rep. Gr.50

Drain coolant
→ Chapter

Remove intake manifold
→ Chapter

Remove the mount for the cable connector
-arrows-
on the coolant hose.

Remove coolant hose

–
Remove bolt
-2-
.
–
Remove coolant hoses
-arrows-

–
Unscrew bolt
-1-
and remove the coolant hose.
–
Unscrew bolts
-A-
and
-B-
from the oil radiator.
–
Remove the oil radiator.
Fitting
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:

Replace gaskets and seals.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps as shown in the series production

Fill up coolant
