Removing
–  Remove the supercharger air hoses -arrows-.
–  Remove the radiator → Chapter.
  Note
In order to avoid damage to the condenser or the pipes/hoses of the refrigerant, avoid pulling, bending or twisting excessively.
  WARNING
The air conditioning refrigerant circuit must not be opened.

–  Unscrew bolts -arrows-. For this purpose, it is necessary to unhook the left and right air duct and pivot in the direction of the headlamp.
–  Tilt the upper edge of the intercooler slightly backward.
–  Unhook intercooler at bottom mounts. For this purpose, lift intercooler.
–  Move the intercooler in the direction of the engine.
–  Support the lower side of the intercooler to prevent it from falling.

–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Detach the charge air cooler upwards and remove from below.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:
l  Tightening torques → Chapter
–  Installing hose connections with connector couplings → Chapter.
–  Fit the lock carrier, → Bodywork, exterior fitting work; Rep. gr.50.
–  Fill up coolant → Chapter.
