  Note
Modifications have been made to the low pressure line of the high pressure pump: the pipeline with banjo bolt has been replaced by a hose with spring-type clip.
   
1 - Tappet
2 - O ring
q   Replace
q   Before installing moisten with clean engine oil
3 - High-pressure pump with fuel pressure regulating valve -N276-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
4 - 10 Nm
5 - Union nut - 27 Nm
q   Counterhold when loosening the threaded connection.
q   Before installing, check the tightening torque of the high pressure pump.
q   Do not fit the fuel pipe under stress
6 - High-pressure pipe
q   Take into account the safety precautions for fuel pressure reduction in the high-pressure system → Chapter.
7 - Union
q   Version II
q   30 Nm
q   Only replace if the part has been loosened.
q   When replacing the threaded connection, the old seal on the high pressure pump must not be replaced. It cannot be removed as it has been encapsulated in the suppliers factory during the initial assembly. The new threaded connection has a »profile edge« for achieving the required sealing.
8 - Low pressure fuel hose
q   Version II
q   Secure with spring clip
9 - Hollow bolt with conical seal seat, 17 Nm
q   Replace
q   Do not fit the fuel pipe under stress
q   When removing the connection hose, it must be retained at the high-pressure pump side
10 - Fuel line
q   Version I
q   Low-pressure.
11 - Union
q   Version I
q   30 Nm
q   Only replace if the part has been loosened.
q   When replacing the threaded connection, the old seal on the high pressure pump must not be replaced. It cannot be removed as it has been encapsulated in the suppliers factory during the initial assembly. The new threaded connection has a »profile edge« for achieving the required sealing.
12 - Threaded connection for high pressure lines
q   40 Nm
q   Threaded connection, it only has to be retightened
13 - Fuel pressure sensor, low pressure -G410-, 15 Nm
14 - Seal
q   Replace
