t  Kit -T10133-, see equivalent → Anchor
  Note
The extractor -T10133/2- has been changed and now becomes the name, extractor -T10133/2A-. If you still do not have the new tool, you can make the modification yourself.
Change the extractor -T10133/2- to the extractor -T10133/2A-.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Round file, approx. 6 mm
–  Produce a semi-circle using a file (see illustration). Using the semi-circle, it is easier to offset the tool on the injector. Thus, the tool has more contact surface.
  W00-1258
–  Mark the modified tool with „A“ at the end of the code number.

Injector: Components:
1 - Radial compensator: replace if damaged
2 - Replace the combustion chamber seal (Teflon). When fitting, the seal must not be lubricated with any lubricant whatsoever
3 - Groove on injector
4 - Support washer (replace)
5 - O-ring (replace, moisten slightly with clean engine oil when fitting)
6 - Support ring
  Note
If the injector unit is fitted, the radial offset -1-is clipped into the support ring -6-. To remove the injector unit, the support seal should be removed in order to insert the extractor-T10133/2- in the injector connecting element -3-.
Removing
–  Now remove the intake manifold → Chapter.
  A24-0533
–  Bend the locking tabs of the radial compensator sideways using a screwdriver, and disconnect the injector pressure ring.
  Note
This will destroy the locking hook of the radial compensation (the hooks break-off). The radial compensation should be replaced before the injector is refitted.
  A24-0587
–  Fit the extractor -T10133/2A- in the injector channel.
–  Then apply the removal tool -T10133/16- and remove the injector by turning on the screw -1-.
  Note
Always replace Teflon ring before installing high-pressure injection valve → Chapter.
Installing
  Note
t  Do not apply grease or oil to the Teflon seal of the injector.
t  An open intake valve may impede cleaning. In this case, the engine must be turned by turning the crankshaft using a wrench.
  A24-10579
–  Clean the holes for the high-pressure injectors in the cylinder head thoroughly, using the nylon brush -T10133/4-.
–  Replace the O-ring and Teflon seal in the injector → Chapter.
  A24-0589
–  Insert the injector with the assembly mandrel -T10133/9- into position in the hole in the cylinder head.
  A24-0591
–  Ensure the correct positioning of the injectors in the cylinder head.
