1 - Locating bolt
q   Removing and installing crankshaft pulley → Chapter.
q   Replace
q   Contact surface for securing bolt must be free of oil and grease.
q   Oil threads before inserting.
q   Secure the pulley with the counterhold -3415- and counterhold -3415/1- to prevent it from turning
2 - Pulley
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Contact surfaces must be free of oil and grease.
q   During assembly and removal, secure using the tool -3415- and the counterhold -3415/1- to prevent it from turning.
q   Poly-V belt: removing and installing → Chapter
3 - Oil seal
q   replace → Chapter
4 - Bush
q   Contact surfaces must be free of oil and grease.
5 - O ring
q   Replace
6 - aluminium cylinder block!
7 - 60 Nm + further 1/4 (90 °)
8 - Flywheel/drive plate
q   When removing and installing flywheel, lock with counterhold -T10044-.
9 - Intermediate plate
q   Must sit on dowel sleeves
q   Do not damage or bend when assembling.
10 - 12 Nm
q   Replace
11 - Sealing flange with sender wheel and oil seal
q   With engine speed sender -G28- (not illustrated).
q   Engine speed sender -G28- removing and installing → Chapter
q   Tightening torque of the engine speed sender -G28-: 5 Nm
q   Renew sealing flange complete with oil seal and sender wheel only.
q   Renewing crankshaft sealing flange - flywheel end → Chapter.
