q   Before removing this, mark the direction of rotation
q   Check for wear
q   Do not kink
q   removing and fitting, tensioning → Chapter
11 - Toothed belt guard
12 - Toothed belt guard-rear part
13 - Intermediate axle cogwheel
14 - 80 Nm
q   Use the locking tool -T20018A- to loosen and tighten
15 - Toothed belt wheel-crankshaft
q   Note the position when fitting the toothed belt → Chapter
16 - 90 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°)
q   Replacement
q   Use the locking tool -T20018A- to loosen and tighten
q   Lubricate the thread and the collar
q   Tightening can be done in several stages
q   The retightening angle may be measured using the angle measurement tool -T20030-
17 - Pulley
q   For coolant pump
q   Poly-V belt version
q   Note the position when fitting
q   Removing the Poly-V belt → Chapter
18 - Ribbed belt
q   Before removing this, mark the rotation direction
q   Check for wear
q   Do not kink
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
19 - Belt pulley/vibration damper
q   Fitting is only possible in one position, -the holes are distributed asymmetrically-
q   Note the position when fitting the toothed belt → Chapter
20 - Trapezoidal drive belt
q   Adjustment of the trapezoidal drive belt tension → Rep. Gr.48
21 - Pulley
q   For coolant pump
q   Version for trapezoidal drive belt
