1 - Front exhaust tube with catalytic converter
2 - Mark

3 - Double clamp
q   Note the fitting position.
4 - Dimension -a- = approx. 5 mm
5 - Bolt with round flat head
6 - 40 Nm
7 - Intermediate silencer → Note
8 - Suspension element
9 - 25 Nm
10 - Mounting
q   Replace if damaged
11 - Union strap
12 - 15 Nm
13 - 20 + 1/4 turn (90º)
14 - Rear silencer → Note
15 - Mark
q   Three times on the edge
q   For double clamp (repairs) → Item
16 - Double clamp for repairs
q   Pipes must be inserted up to the marks → Item
17 - Cutting location
q   For repairs → Note
q   Marked by impressions on connecting pipe

1)  As standard, the front and rear silencers are a single component. When repairing, the front and rear silencers are supplied individually with a double clamp for connection → Item. Cut the connection tube perpendicular in the cutting location → Item, using the -U-40075- exhaust pipe cutter.
