Sender wheel: removing and installing
–  Replace the sender wheel -2- each time the bolts -1- are loosened.
  Note
t  After a second assembly, the countersunk bolt holes are so deformed that the heads of the bolts make contact with the crankshaft -3--arrows-and the sender wheel remains loose.
t  The sender wheel can only be fitted in one position; the holes are offset.

Assignation of colour marking of crankshaft bearing shells for cylinder block
  Note
t  Arrow points in direction of travel.
t  In the factory the correct thickness bearing shells are selected for the cylinder block. To identify the thickness of the bearing shells different coloured points are used.
t  The type of bearing shell to be used in each area is identified by letters on the lower surface of the cylinder block seal.
t  The marking can also be seen when the oil sump is installed.
  N13-0714
Letter at the cylinder blockColour of the bearing
B=Blue
R=red
G=Yellow colour
W=White

  Note
t  If the colour markings are not legible, use a blue bearing.
t  The lower bedplate crankshaft bearing shells are always supplied as a spare part with the colour marking „yellow“.
