Tightening torques

Note

The fastening bolts of the engine assembly brackets are expandable bolts and must be replaced.

Engine assembly mountings

A ¹⁾ = 20 Nm + 90° further

B ¹⁾ = 40 Nm + 90° further

C ¹⁾ = 60 Nm + 90° further

¹⁾ Renew.

Gearbox assembly mounting

1 ¹⁾ = 40 Nm + 90° further

2 ¹⁾ = 60 Nm + 90° further

¹⁾ Renew.

Pendulum support

A ¹⁾ = 50 Nm + 90° further

B ¹⁾ = 50 Nm + 90° further

C ¹⁾ = 100 Nm + 90° further

¹⁾ Renew.

Note

Tighten bolt -C- last!
